Booking Policy
 

We provide online course and onsite courses. When our classes are online, we specify this on the booking section of our website. likewise, when you book a onsite course, it will be onsite unless otherwise stated, If you have booked an online course, it will be online for the duration of the 6 or 9 weeks. If you book an onsite course, it will be face-to-face for the duration of the 6 or 9 weeks. Whether the courses are online or face-to-face, participants will still get the same level of support and commitment from our team.

We, at Expression-Think, Speak, Write, reserve the right to cancel or amend any classes at short notice due to circumstances that are outside of our control. In such cases, participants will be notified by email of any changes and an alternative date/time will be arranged as part of our agreement with you (the customer) an. If at ay point we do have to reschedule due to circumstances outside of our control, the re-arranged session(s) will be provided either online or face-to-face, dependent on logistics.

 

​Once you have booked onto and paid for a course in full, a pack containing course details will be emailed to you 2 days before the course it due to start.

A full or partial refund will only be given under the circumstances mentioned below:

After booking onto one of our courses, all customers have a 14-day cooling off period. During this time, a full refund can be granted at the request of the customer. Any requests for a refund after the 14-day cooling off period, will be reduced by forty percent.  This is to cover administration charges.

If you wish to withdraw your child from a course, please confirm this by emailing us at: thinkspeakwrite@outlook.com

A partial refund may also be granted up to 4 weeks prior to the start date of the course and no less. After this time, refunds will not be issued, since we will be unable to fill the space. This does not affect the customers right to withdraw at anytime, should they wish to do so.
